Terms of Service for GreosVisions

Effective Date: March 26, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your use of photography services provided by GreosVisions and are binding under the laws of the State of Texas.

1. Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date.

• The remaining balance is due no later than the event date.

• Payment methods include cash, credit/debit, or secure digital payment platforms.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

• Rescheduling is allowed within the same calendar year, subject to availability and written notice.

3. Copyright & Usage

• GreosVisions retains full copyright to all images.

• Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use, print, and share images.

• We may use select images for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Edited photos are delivered within 4-6 weeks from the event date.

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate details, event timelines, and access to venues as needed.

• Delays or obstructions may impact service quality and delivery.

6. Liability Limitations

• In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to the amount paid.

• GreosVisions will make every reasonable effort to resolve such issues or provide substitute services.

7. Legal Compliance

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved under Texas jurisdiction.
